Evolution Film - Steering Group and Scriptwriting Consultant
Evolution Film was established in 2022 for the purpose of examining and addressing inequality in the film and television industries. We campaign to provide equal opportunities for people who are on the neurodiversity spectrum or have a physical or mental disability. My role includes working as a scriptwriting consultant on projects with aspiring new writers and filmmakers.
September 2020 -
Borderline Arts - Scriptwriter
Planning, writing and editing the script for the dramatised documentary film ‘On The Borderline’, which aims to show the realities of living with BPD. This is an exciting collaboration with Borderline Arts and experienced film director Doug Smith. The production is supported by Derby QUAD and we plan stage a launch event at their cinema and exhibition centre. The film will then be available for online streaming as a training resource for NHS professionals and social services.

Position involves overseeing marketing strategy, finance, personnel, legal compliance and policy administration. My role includes working with people with lived experience of mental health conditions to inform our decision making and strategic planning.

As marketing consultant I guided the charity to design and implement a revised national marketing communications campaign based on macro-environmental analysis and strategic planning. Role included creating promotional materials and website development.
